Terms and Conditions

Terri Tutor

Welcome to Terri Tutor. By enrolling in tutoring services or booking lessons with Terri Wolpert you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: Payment in advance is strongly encouraged to secure your preferred regular session times.
• Payment Due Date: All lesson fees must be settled prior to or at the start of the scheduled session unless a separate arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling and “No Shows”

• Notice Required: A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for any lesson cancellation or rescheduling request.
• Late Cancellation Fee: If less than 12 hours’ notice is provided, 50% (one half) of the lesson fee is payable.
• No shows: In the case of a “No Show” where a student fails to turn up for a scheduled session with no notice provided, 100% of the lesson fee is payable.
• Make-Up Lessons:
  • If at least 12 hours’ notice is provided, a make-up lesson will be offered.
  • Make-up lessons will be scheduled at a time that suits Terri’s availability.

3. Refund Policy

• No Refunds: Under no circumstances are refunds provided for prepaid lessons or fees paid under these Terms and Conditions. Any eligible missed lessons (where at least 12 hours’ notice was given) will strictly be provided as make-up sessions.

4. Fees outstanding

• When there are fees outstanding or if they are not paid on the day of the lesson, future lessons may be suspended pending payment – and recovery procedures initiated.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia.

By booking a lesson with Terri Tutor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. 取消、改期及“未到场”

• 通知时间要求：取消或更改任何一节辅导课，须至少提前 12 小时通知。
• 迟取消费用：如提前通知不足 12 小时，须支付该节课费的 50%（一半）。
• 未到场：如学生未按预定时间到场，且事先未作任何通知（“未到场”），须支付该节课费的 100%。
• 补课：
  • 如提前至少 12 小时通知，将为您安排补课。
  • 补课时间将根据 Terri 的可用时间安排。

3. 退款政策

• 不予退款：对于已预付的辅导课，或依据本条款与细则已支付的费用，在任何情况下均不予退款。任何符合条件的缺课（即已提前至少 12 小时通知）将严格以补课的方式提供。

4. 未结费用

• 如有未结费用，或费用未在上课当天支付，后续辅导课可能会暂停，直至付清为止，并可能启动追讨程序。

适用法律

本条款与细则受澳大利亚新南威尔士州（NSW）法律管辖，并依其法律解释。
